Tales of Arca — a completed full adaptation
(01) THE PLAYABLE CAMPAIGN DEMO
One core mechanic in a 3–5 minute scene, with up to 12 unique component types and agreed effects. Built around your supplied rules and artwork.
A branded, responsive browser page with simple instructions, a replay option and a link to your campaign. No player account or installation required.
£375 deposit, then £375 after acceptance and before launch, plus any applicable VAT. One revision round, six months of standard static hosting and 30 days of defect fixes.
For suitable games with stable rules and ready-to-use artwork. We confirm the scope and price before you commit.
The demo focuses on a single-player moment or a simple scripted sequence. Full-game rules, multiplayer, accounts, substantial AI, new artwork and complex backends are quoted separately.
(02) FROM RULEBOOK TO PLAYABLE LINK
A private review target of 10 working days from the agreed start, once the scope, assets and deposit are in place. We confirm availability before booking.
01
Send your rulebook, game link and campaign timing. We identify a scene that is useful to players and practical to build.
02
We agree the included rules, components, supported devices and acceptance checks. The £375 deposit reserves the agreed work.
03
Try a private build and send one consolidated round of feedback. We refine the agreed scene and fix defects against the scope.
04
After acceptance and the £375 balance, your demo goes live. Share it from your campaign, newsletter, social posts and preview outreach.
No obligation to commission a full adaptation. If you want to expand later, we scope and quote that work separately.
(03) OUR WORK
Tales of Arca is a completed tabletop-to-browser adaptation with automated rules and multiplayer. It demonstrates our broader development work; the £750 campaign demo is a smaller, separately scoped experience.
Is every game suitable?
We need stable rules, usable artwork and a mechanic that works in a short scene. We will flag complexity before quoting.
Who owns the game?
Your game, rules and supplied artwork remain yours. The proposal sets out the demo licence, deliverables and any source-code handover.
What happens after six months?
We agree a hosting renewal or handover before the included hosting ends. New rules, content and features are additional work.
Will this guarantee funding?
No. A demo helps people experience your game; campaign results still depend on your audience, offer and promotion. The development fee is independent of campaign funding.
(04) DISCUSS YOUR GAME
Tell us about your game, your expected campaign launch and the mechanic you would like players to try. Share a rulebook or campaign link if you have one. We will review the fit and suggest the next step before any booking or payment.
